I'm Pedro, and I founded Temiño Premium Properties to give shape to the dreams of those who long for a prestigious property in Salento. As a broker, I guide every client with discretion and care, from the first viewing to the signing of the deed.

Italian and international clients rely on me to find the property that reflects their idea of beauty. My goal is simple: to turn a stone into a diamond.

From mechanical engineering to prestige real estate in Puglia

I am a mechanical engineer and, since 2007, I have cultivated a special feel for real estate in Puglia, working alongside some of the most prestigious international agencies. That experience taught me to read the true value of every property.

In 2019 I decided to turn this passion into a project of my own: that is how Temiño Premium Properties was born, specialising in the purchase and sale of prestigious properties that tell the story of Puglia.

A love story with Salento

I have Spanish roots, but I have lived in Salento for about twenty years. Having worked in several European cities allowed me to learn five languages and to assist my clients, wherever they are, in their mother tongue.

My love story with this land began in Tricase Porto, one of the most magical spots in Puglia. But it is the charm of Lecce Baroque that stole my heart: it is in Lecce, where I have lived for about five years, that Temiño Premium Properties is based today.
